Another beautiful Battle at the Bird's Nest concluded Sunday under sunny skies with the Blackstone Valley Curling Club team winning in the final end. Six teams from RI and MA competed for the Quaich including a first time team, North End Curling Club and returning Blackstone Valley, two teams from Ocean State Curling Club and the home club rallying around Pawcatuck River skips Moran and Waterman. The PRCC Plovers will be having Learn to Curl on January 15th, 22nd and 29th from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm.
